WHAT IS EFT?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), more often known as ‘tapping’ is is an easy, relaxing and practical method of releasing negative emotions, thought patterns and beliefs that interfere with your good health and wellbeing.

In essence, it’s an emotional version of acupuncture, without the needles!

By gently tapping on specific meridian points on your body while focusing on the issue you’d like to address (such as emotional or creative blocks, uncomfortable thoughts, feelings, or troubling memories), EFT helps restore balance - both physically and emotionally.

The aim is to find relief, relaxation, and promote healing in a gentle way around the emotional or physical issues that hold us back from living the life we crave and deserve.

It is calming, effective and is safe for everyone, including children, the elderly and even pets.

HOW CAN IT HELP ME?

EFT tapping can be used to help alleviate anxiety, cravings, addictions, pain, phobias, stress, negative mindset and many other issues.

During my 1-to-1 sessions, I help you to gently observe and ‘tap into’ your unique subjective experience of a challenge or troubling issue, and help guide you to a place of clarity, peace and resolution.

This can include shifting limiting or negative thought processes and patterns, navigating creative or emotional blocks, supporting emotional or physical changes and opening to beneficial ways of moving forward in a balanced, more positive way.

HOW DOES EFT WORK?

EFT works on the premise that stress, suppressed emotions and traumatic events (large or small) can all disrupt the body’s energy system.

What so often happens in life, as you will no doubt have experienced, if we have something that is unresolved - a negative pattern or trauma - it will keep presenting itself to us (as stress, anxiety, insomnia, pain or dis-ease, for example) until we cannot ignore it any longer. We finally have to find some form of healing or acceptance around it.

Numerous scientific studies prove that EFT produces rapid, effective, long lasting results – often one or two sessions is enough for major shifts, thus making it very cost-effective.

In addition, it is simple, gentle, safe, non-invasive, involves no equipment, has no side effects, can be used on almost any problem and has been found to work where all else has failed.
