Hello dear, busy change-maker.

Note to self: You are not lazy or a failure if you need rest.

You are a fabulous, talented human being. You know this because you have purpose, you are creative, you’re empathic and you want to make a difference. And yet, you feel as though you’re stretched too thin; there never seems to be enough time to do all the things. If you’re honest with yourself, you’re really, really tired.

And that’s where I come in.

If you’re a soulpreneur, business owner, change-maker or purpose-seeker feeling overwhelmed and teetering on the edge of exhaustion and you’re longing for more energy, more focus, more connection, more ease and joy in your life, then I see you. I’ve been there too.

I learned the hard way that rest is not something that needs to be earned, and that burnout is serious, but avoidable.

As a radical rest coach and mindfulness guide, I’m here to help you navigate a more rested, more enjoyable path, no matter how busy and stretched you are.

EFT

Tapping

Whether you’re feeling stressed, anxious, have big presentations coming up and are worried about speaking in public, have a phobia or just not feeling as though your fully embracing your potential, tapping can help.

EFT is an easy, relaxing and practical method of releasing negative emotions, thought patterns and beliefs that can create resistance to rest, whilst also blocking creativity, good health and wellbeing.

I offer 1-to-1 sessions online or in person where you can ‘tap into’ your unique subjective experience of a challenge or troubling issue, and I help guide you to a place of clarity, peace and resolution.

I also offer ‘laser’ sessions for quick mindset shifts. This is particularly useful for those preparing for a performance/speech/presentation.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness can help reduce stress, improve your mental and physical health, and even increase your overall happiness in life by becoming consciously aware of the present moment. Caught up as we often are in repetitive thinking, multi-tasking and results-driven striving, we begin to feel disconnected, overstretched and overwhelmed.

Perhaps you’re feeling uninspired, stuck in a rut, directionless or trying to navigate a creative block? Creative Mindfulness is also a powerful way to unlock your inspiration and creative potential, and get into flow.

My Mindfulness and Creative Mindfulness courses run from taster mini courses through to longer, self-paced courses that run over a few weeks. I also offer 1-to-1 sessions online where we can explore specific practices tailored to you.

Conscious Rest

As your friendly Rest Coach, I am here to guide you in a variety of restorative practices and exercises that suit your lifestyle and your needs, whether you are looking for quick and easy plug-in-and-go rest sessions or a unique program tailored specifically to you.

It’s time for a new relationship with rest.

Radical Rest is a deep dive into what we really need in our lives in order to thrive. Far more than just taking an occasional nap, this is a proven framework in which we address and heal deep tiredness, overwhelm and exhaustion. The results can be transformative.

Deep Rest Group sessions are also available in person or online. In these sessions, we quickly enter a state of relaxation where the body can heal itself more quickly and effectively, so we feel rejuvenated, at peace and nourished at a deep level.

Essential Oils

Whether you could do with some support to sleep better, to manage and elevate your mood, to help with mental focus, support recovery from illness or injury, to balance hormones/menopause or to boost your immune system, essential oils are a wonderful, natural resource.

I work with the purest, most ethically-sourced essential oils around. These oils are transformative tools that can elevate our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. They also smell delicious too…

Those who join our oil family have access to my on-going advice as well as essential oils mini courses, so you can learn how to use the oils safely and effectively.

Wild Walks/

Retreats

Feeling disconnected, overwhelmed or just feel you need a change of perspective and some deeply restorative time in nature?

Throughout the year, I lead individuals, teams and small groups into wild nature where we can find and cultivate a sense of resilience, peace and inner calm.

These Wild Calm Walks and Retreats, combining mindfulness, contemplative practices and creative exercises, are an opportunity to connect deeply with oneself and the natural world and to immerse yourself in the present moment.

These are wonderful, gentle and immersive experiences, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and ‘awake’ to the natural world, more balanced and reconnected.

Hands with journal

Journaling

Studies have shown that journaling - or free-writing about your thoughts and emotions - has many benefits, such as decreasing stress, managing anxiety and enhancing self-awareness. This can be a particularly effective practice to book-end each day.

Journaling also helps the mind to release some of the ‘clutter’ and ‘noise’, and can help boost creativity. As an author of 8 books, I can testify to the power of journaling in the creative process!

I also occasionally run creative writing workshops.

I’m all about guiding consciously-minded, talented humans, like you, to navigate life’s challenges with a little more ease and help you tap into your own unique expression… unlocking the wild calm within you.

As the daughter of a polar explorer, I’ve always lived on the edge of things, and I have come to realise the importance of balancing and nurturing both the wilder, expressive parts of our nature and the calmer, creative, more intuitive sides. Wild Calm personifies this beautiful synergy.
